Mistress Marie"It is interesting how your feelings of insecurity come up if you are going out wearing girl clothes but not completing the package with hair and make up and all. I do have to say when you are totally femmed up you really can pass for a woman. Sounds like it was a nice night and those feelings of nervousness are good for a sub!"
First, thank you Mistress Marie for the sweet compliment and encouragement about my passing as a woman. It made me feel so good!
She is right, I do feel very insecure when I'm "a boy wearing girl clothes." Miss loves for me to get a dose of feeling insecure and humiliated when we are out and about. These are the run-of-the-mill trips for household items, groceries, etc. On these trips I am almost always wearing girl jeans or girl shorts, with a bra under a boy polo or t-shirt of some kind. I also put on a light amount of pink lipstick.
Miss loves those shopping trips as sometimes it's obvious to average observant people (women especially) that I'm wearing lipstick, and often you can tell I am wearing a bra depending on the thickness, material, or pattern of my boy shirt.
Yes, I get VERY anxious and am constantly looking to see if people are noticing me. Miss loves that I'm on edge like that so much :-) I do try to position myself while shopping in a manner that will minimize people noticing any bra straps.
On a recent shopping trip I wore a pair of thin white ladies shorts. They are thin enough that you could easily tell what type of panties were being worn, and what color or pattern they had, but they are not skin-tight. The picture above is a pretty close representation except my shorts are 2 or 3 inches longer.
I tried them on for Miss as we were getting ready to leave one day, probably with a blue or green bikini panty underneath (those ARE boy colors, right? -LOL!). She probably said something like "are you sure you want to wear THOSE panties?" Then she told me to wear Tidy-Whities - eeeeeew I HATE THOSE! Luckily I have some white bikini panties that I can wear next time, if Miss allows me :-)
Anyway - at this stage I think I am getting ready to start making those trips in girl tops. Miss might have suggested that, I don't recall. But we did talk about it while shopping a few weeks ago, and we picked up some inexpensive ladies casual tops that are not blatantly girlish, at least that's what I thought when we bought them. But now that I'm thinking about them I'm wondering if they are so thin that wearing a bra with them may be too much - for me, and for the other shoppers. I will need to talk to Miss about how she feels. Despite all her encouragement to me in all things female, she is conservative in terms of taking risks so even she has some boundaries when it comes to personal safety.
Take care everyone!
Hi Jen,
ReplyDeleteWell, you DO look so very pretty and feminine when you are fully dressed!
You'll want to eventually get to the point where you don't really care if people notice what you're wearing. Dress nicely, even in semi-girl mode (and you do.) Then, just go about your business. What does it matter if people can tell you are wearing girly clothes? Leave 'em guessing. It's fun...
That's pretty much my theory, and the way I deal with my androgyny. Big difference is that I don't own male underwear (haven't worn that for many years, and hated it when I did) or clothes. Everything I wear is from the ladies' department - except a winter coat, a few remaining work polo shirts, my new suit and shirt, and a pair of work boots. Most of those haven't been worn in a long time. I prefer it that way...one day, you probably will, too!
I just wish my wife would be comfortable with me wearing "more feminine" tops. There are so many pretty styles and patterns to choose from...it would be fun to add some really girly blouses to my daily wardrobe...
I enjoy wearing my ladies' white shorts. Yes, anyone who stares can notice that I'm wearing panties underneath, but my un-tucked long tunics make it "only glimpses as I walk." And my wife is apparently OK with that approach...
Keep up the good work, and be safe...
Mandy
Thanks Mandy for the nice words about my presentation :-)
DeleteI am working on that confidence you have an abundance of, to not worry about what people are thinking about my dress!
I have joked with Miss that one day there will be no male clothes in the house...
I hope your wife gets more comfortable with you having even prettier outfits than you already have :-D
My best to you!
(I'm going to post more of my thoughts on this in a blog post)
You're welcome!
ReplyDeleteWe're close to having reached that point of "no male clothes in the house." The new suit for the wedding messed that up a bit. But I don't point out to my wife how close we are...don't want to jinx my progress!
My best to you and Miss...
Hugs,
Mandy
Oh YAY for you Mandy!!! I'll get there one day too!
DeleteThanks for elaborating! I love all kinds of blog posts, it is so nice to be let into someone's world more and more.
